Expedited Shipping

On 3/26, UPS removed their guarantee policy on expedited deliveries. Please be aware of the impact of COVID-19 in your area before placing an expedited order as UPS cannot guarantee on-time deliveries, specifically in impacted areas, therefore nor can we. Contact UPS at 1-888-742-5877 for specific questions regarding shipping.

International Orders

Do-it is still processing and shipping international orders. Many of the international depots are in areas of higher impact by COVID-19 and are experiencing delays. Please understand that we are able to process and ship these orders as usual, but they may take longer than ordinary to arrive. Please understand your country’s constraints on international shipping regulations during these times, some differ. Contact UPS at 1-888-742-5877 for specific questions regarding shipping.


Change to Orders

-Do-it is working very hard to process and ship your order timely. We are experiencing above normal volumes of orders and changes to orders that have already been placed are not likely at this time. We are here to serve you and will work with you to make necessary adjustments if you receive any items that you wanted to change after your order was made or delivered. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconveniences. Supply Chain and Packaging

Do-it is experiencing shortages and delays on some of our packaging solutions. In an effort to supply our customers and network with their tackle-crafting needs, we have moved some items to temporary packaging solutions that are effective but differ from previous methods. We are also experiencing some shortages on some items and equipment. We are working with all suppliers to make items available as soon as possible to support our customers. Do-it will continue to serve and support customers wherever needed or possible. Please understand that any shortages or delays are only temporary, and we are working hard to resolve them. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through these unique circumstances together.
